Most single-location practices and studios fit the Starter ($149/month) or Growth ($399/month) plan, depending on how many card and bank lines you have each month. Add payroll via Gusto (+$149/month) if you run payroll through us.

Questions owners ask us
Do you need access to patient or client records?
No. We work from bank deposits, processor payout reports and your accounting file. We don't need patient notes or medical records.
Which card processors do you work with?
Any processor that syncs to QuickBooks Online or provides payout reports, including Stripe, Square and PayPal.
Can you handle more than one location?
Yes. We can track each location separately in QuickBooks so you get a report per site as well as in total.
