Bookkeeping for Shopify and Amazon sellers

Payouts arrive as one lump with sales, fees, refunds and ad spend mixed together. We take each payout apart so your books show what you really sold, what it cost you and what you kept.

  • Shopify stores
  • Amazon FBA and FBM sellers
  • Etsy and eBay sellers
  • Stripe and Square merchants
  • Multi-channel brands

What we sort out for businesses like yours

Payouts don't match your sales

Each payout is split into gross sales, platform fees, refunds, chargebacks and reserves, then matched to the deposit in your bank.

You don't know your real margin

We record cost of goods sold each month from your inventory or order reports, so your gross margin is real, not a guess.

Fees are hiding in plain sight

Platform, payment and fulfilment fees are booked to their own accounts, so you can see exactly what each channel costs you.

Sales tax collected but not tracked

Sales tax that platforms collect is kept out of your revenue. Marketplaces often collect and remit it for you; any tax you collect yourself is tracked as a liability for your filer.

Cash is tied up in stock

The 13-week cash forecast shows when stock purchases will squeeze cash, before you place the order.

What it usually costs

Most stores fit the Growth plan ($399/month) plus e-commerce sales reconciliation (+$249/month), which covers the payout splitting and cost-of-goods work. High-volume stores with over 400 bank and card lines a month move to Scale ($899/month).

Prices are fixed and set by the number of bank and card lines in a normal month. No long contract, no setup fee, cancel any time. Books more than a month behind? Catch-up is quoted upfront.

Every monthly report is reviewed by our founder, Daniyal Paracha, FCA: ex-PwC, with 17 years in audit and group finance leadership. Book a 30-minute call.

Questions owners ask us

Do you file sales tax?

No. We keep collected sales tax separate from revenue and give you or your sales-tax provider clean figures. Filing stays with you or your provider.

How do you count transactions for an online store?

We count the lines in your bank and card feeds, not individual orders. A daily Shopify payout is one line, however many orders it contains.

Do you manage inventory?

We record cost of goods sold and inventory value in your books from your inventory app or a monthly count. We don't run your stock system itself.
