Connect your QuickBooks

Invite us as your accountant in QuickBooks Online. It takes about two minutes, you stay the owner of your books, and you can remove our access at any time.

The four steps

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks OnlineUse the login you normally use for your business books, at qbo.intuit.com.
  2. Click the gear icon, then "Manage users"The gear is at the top right. "Manage users" is under "Your company".
  3. Open the "Accounting firms" tab and click InviteIt sits next to the "Users" tab.
  4. Enter our email and send
What happens next: we accept your invite within one business day and start on your books. You'll see Cypher Outsourcing listed under Accounting firms. Accountant invites don't count toward your plan's user limit.
